POD Step 4- Career Path Development 

Let’s chart your career path. Now that we have a better understanding of you at the core, let’s build on it. The Career Path Development (CPD) step is all about self-reflection, exploration, and collaboration as we work together to build a personalized career roadmap just for you. 

1. Complete the CPD Self-Discovery Form

   • • Share your background, interests, and goals 

2. Complete the Career Exploration Form

   • • Research 1–3 jobs you’re curious about  

3. Attend Your CPD Brainstorm Meeting 

   • • After you have submitted both forms, you will meet with the AYO team to co-create your career plan 

4. Revise Your Resume

   • We’ll work with you to tailor your resume based on your assessments and brainstorm meeting—highlighting transferable skills and identifying key updates. 

5. Create or Update Your LinkedIn Profile

   • Create or refresh your profile to reflect your career direction 

• Refer to your assessment results from Step 3 for added insight

• Job market research is key to give you insight into possibilities in your field of interest.
