Take your CRC Base Assessment (You will be emailed the link through eSkill): This assessment will be given to you before and after training so we can assess growth.
Complete Your CRC Training Modules (See the ‘Access Sheet’ on next page for links and detailed training steps): In just 8–12 weeks (or less), you’ll complete self-paced courses in soft, hard, and AI-focused skills.
Complete a Capstone Project related to your field: There’s no one size-fits-all—your project will reflect your goals, interests, and growth.
