POD Step 3- Assessments 

Let’s learn more about you. Now that you have officially started your journey in the POD Program—it’s time to better understand who you are.

1. Personality Ascend: This self-assessment helps you explore your personality, values, communication style, and natural strengths, all in one comprehensive test.

   • Go to the test: Personality Ascend Assessment

   • Log in using the password-protected account information provided to you.

   • Complete the assessment.

   • Notify us immediately once you have finished so we can locate and record your results.
     Note: The reports don’t include participant names, so notifying us helps us match your results accurately.

   • Access your results (optional for your review): View Results

     • Under Saved Reports, open the most recent report (#1) to view your results.
       
       

2. eSkill Assessments (Link will be sent to you via email after completing the above): These assessments gauge your competency in basic professional skills so that you can see pride how much you have improved after completing the CRC (Step 4)

     • 02-Interpersonal - Professional Assessment

     • eSkill Standard Primary Work Skills 

• Set aside 15–30 minutes for each assessment

• Find a quiet, comfortable space to respond

• Be reflective in our answers
